Since its creation in 1982 by Rick Brenner, Santa Fe-based Artisan Group has launched a variety of exciting projects from custom homes to lot sales to office buildings.

Alameda Lofts is a community of homes for artists in Santa Fe recently completed with the remaining homes being sold by Artisan Group

Artisan Group residential projects range from small, well-designed, high density condominium projects to practical yet artistic "live/work" residences to specially designed custom homes on private sites with incredible mountain views.

A recent Artisan Group commercial project, on the historic plaza in downtown Santa Fe, involved renovating portions of the landmark Woolworth Building.
Rick Brenner has lived in Santa Fe since 1978 and is married to Rachel Watson .  They have two young boys and another child on the way!
