Santa Fe Online, Inc. is the owner of the name 'Santa Fe Online', based on our service mark from the United States Patent and Tradmark Office, number 2,007,296, issued on October 8th, 1996. Our 'prior use' of the name dates from an electronic bulletin board system begun in November of 1993 and our web site, begun in June of 1995. While anyone may use the name to refer to us (such as creating pointers to our site), no business or individual may call themselves 'Santa Fe Online' or use that phrase to describe any part of a web site or other electronic offering.
